NEW to Annabel's Patisserie! The first ever run of gourmet ice creams, made from scratch using techniques Annabel has refined over the years as a pastry chef.

 

Please watch this space as we add lots of new flavours, garnishes, and postage options.

 

Flavours include:

Valrhona Chocolate - A custard based ice cream base blended with a combination of Valrhona dark and milk chocolate.

 

Honeycomb - A vanilla eggless ice cream with crushed honeycomb pieces folded inside.

 

Roasted Hazelnut  - An eggless ice cream base blended with roasted hazelnuts which have been ground for 24 hours in Annabel's melanger, with a splash of sea salt.

 

Lime, Coconut & Spiced Rum Sorbet  - Lime juice and Bermuda spiced rum blended with brown sugar and coconut milk to make a super zesty and refreshing sorbet.

 

Double Chocolate Brownie  - Chocolate ice cream swirled with dark chocolate sauce and brownie pieces.

 

Choco-Peanut Caramel - Chocolate ice cream swirled with salted peanut caramel and crunchy salted peanuts
