A secret flavour using a combination of local and unusual ingredients to create a challenging flavour. Depending on your perception and palate, only you can decide if it's a trick or a treat! (Contains milk, soya, barley (gluten) alcohol. Please contact Annabel with any queries on allergies, or if you'd like this swapped out for a gluten free selection)
Apple, Sage, Brown Butter
A variety of blond chocolates paired with a green apple layer, and a sage beurre noisette and salted caramel milk chocolate ganache.
Spiced Pumpkin Seed Praline
Caramelised white chocolate with a cinnamon pumpkin ganache and a spiced pumpkin seed praline.
Chestnut & Vanilla
29% milk chocolate paired with creamy, wintery chestnuts and a soothing white chocolate and vanilla ganache.
Sweet Potato and Scorched Marshmallow (contains gelatine, please contact Annabel if you'd like this swapped out for a vegetarian selection)
Milk chocolate with a scorched marshmallow layer and a sweet potato and caramelised white chocolate vanilla ganache.
Pecan, Muscovado, Bourbon
Milk chocolate filled with a muscovado and Bourbon caramel, and a crunchy caramelised pecan praline layer.
