Bangin' Bites

Created in response to the common observation that my bonbons are "too pretty to eat": I had to make something uglier. Something you could sit in front of Celebrity Traitors with and not feel guilty about chowing down on that shiny piece of edible art that you call a bonbon.

So, (re)introducing the Bangin' Bites. 200g snack pots of delicious chonky, chocolatey bites in usual fun flavours. Options available are:

Banoffee Pecan (GF)

Pecan gianduja topped with a creamy banana and beurre noisette ganache, topped with a salted caramel and dipped in white chocolate.

Cocoa mass, sugar, milk powder, sunflower lecithin, cream, butter, pecans, bananas, glucose, lemon juice, vanilla, salt.

Best before 30.11.2025. May contain traces of gluten.

Tiramisu

A crunchy coffee bean and cocoa husk dark chocolate base, topped with coffee soaked chocolate sponge, a coffee and vanilla white chocolate ganache, completed with a boozy dark chocolate coffee caramel ganache.

Cocoa mass, sugar, milk powder, sunflower lecithin, cream, butter, egg, Dandelion stout (gluten), chicory root, coffee, cocoa beans, cocoa husks, Bailey's, Kahlua, vanilla, salt.

Best before 20.11.2025. May contain traces of nuts.

Tiffin

A rocky road style concept with chocolatey covered biscuits, dried cranberries, and marshmallows, topped with a rich dark chocolate ganache and dipped in dark chocolate.

Cocoa mass, sugar, milk powder, sunflower lecithin, Digestive (Wheat Flour (56%) (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Wholemeal Wheat Flour (17%), Palm Oil, Sweetener (Maltitols), Oligofructose, Salt, Raising Agents (Ammonium Carbonates, Sodium Carbonates), marshmallow (beef gelatine), dried cranberries, cream, glucose, butter, sorbitol, sea salt.

Peanut Butter and Jam (GF)

Roasted grape jelly, peanut and salted caramel milk chocolate gianduja, layered with a vanilla nougat and dipped in salted caramel milk chocolate.

Cocoa mass, sugar, milk powder, sunflower lecithin, grapes, peanuts, glucose, honey, pectin, citric acid, lemon juice, vanilla, salt.

Best before 30.12.2025. May contain traces of gluten.

Please Note these products will not keep until Christmas. They can be frozen if you wish to extend shelf life, but ensure you defrost slowly in the fridge overnight, in an airtight container to avoid affecting the texture and taste.
