When a recreation of the classic Mars Bar goes wrong due to the high levels of gloopiness, the only way to rescue it is to mash it into a delicious squishy ball, and dunk it in Valrhona milk chocolate. Find a soft and fluffy vanilla nougat inside layered with a rich, salted caramel, and a silky smooth milk chocolate caramel ganache. 

Unlike the disgusting aforementioned classic, the Dumpling uses only the finest quality ingredients to create a rich, decadent, and complete flavour profile which will leave you in a state of satisfied euphoria. Why are they so expensive?

Like all AP products, these are made with fully traceable cocoa from Valrhona's own plantations where farmers are paid fairly for their work and exploitation isn't present along the production line. Despite the accidental nature of the invention of the Dumpling, they still required recipe testing and development to result in the tasty well balanced product you see today. All these factors, alongside the price of cocoa still being at a record high, make for an expensive product.

Will these keep until Christmas?

Yes! Due to the caramelly nature of the ingredients, these are shelf life stable and can stay safely tucked at the back of the cupboard until Christmas. Store at room temperature. If you store in the fridge, the sugar will crystalise and become granular and unpleasant.
