This 3pc selection is designed to showcase the beauty of three of Valrhona's finest milk chocolates, paired with nuts and nougat. Each box contains one of each flavour.

53% Dark Milk Hukambi, a Brazilian Single Origin

Hukambi offers the deep cocoa intensity that you'd expect to find in a dark chocolate, yet the comforting creamy sweetness that you'd find in a milk chocolate. I've paired this with hazelnuts, so there are three layers comprising:

Crunchy hazelnut toffee

Chocolate hazelnut nougat

Hazelnut dark chocolate gianduja (Hukambi blended with hazelnuts)

36% Caramelia , a Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate

Caramelia is a moorish milk chocolate with notes of toffee and salted caramel. I keep around 12 different chocolates in the kitchen at a time and Caramelia is the one I always go to snack on. I've paired the salted caramel notes with raspberry and almonds.

35% Equatoriale Lactée

Equatoriale Lactée is a crowd pleasing, well rounded milk chocolate. It's a "classic" milk chocolate, done really well. I've paired it with peanuts because I love the classic peanut and milk chocolate combination.

This bar comprises:

Peanut toffee crisp

Chocopeanut Nougat

Chocolate peanut caramel

It's dipped in a peanut gianduja (a blend of said milk chocolate and peanuts).
