Sablé breton strawberry tart

A sablé breton tart filled with vanilla crème patissiere, fresh strawberry jam and fresh English strawberries

Blackcurrant cheesecake eclair

An eclair style choux bun filled with blackcurrant gel and a vanilla and lemon whipped mascarpone

Chocolate and miso caramel layer cake

Three layers of moist chocolate cake alternating with rich chocolate ganache and a whipped miso caramel

Mini Tiramisu

A classic: individually filled pots layered with marsala and coffee soaked lady fingers, sabayon, mascarpone and dusted with cocoa powder.
