6pc Ice Cream Sexy Bar Selection

Annabel's reinvention of her summer Ice Cream inspired selection. This time, they're back as Sexy Bars!

Each box contains six (fuckin' hench) chocolate bars, including:

Mr Whippy

This is white chocolate whipped vanilla 'ice cream' ganache, layered with a buttery cinnamon ice cream cose base, dipped in white chocolate enhanced with a generous amount of vanilla seeds, and extra crunchy cone pieces.

Raspberry Ripple

Raspberry pate de fruit layered with a vanilla white chocolate ganache, swirled with a tangy  raspberry ganache. All dipped together in a swirl of raspberry chocolate and vanilla white chocolate.

Nutty ChocoCaramel

Inspired by all these tasty nutty ice creams you can get now, this is three layers comprising a caramelised white chocolate ganache, a milk chocolate ganache, and a squishy caramel. It's then topped and bottomed with a crunchy almond milk chocolate layer, and dipped in milk chocolate blended with salted hazelnuts.

Mint Choc Chip

Needing an excuse to use up some of the mint leaves in the garden, this is a crunchy dark chocolate mint base, topped with a fresh mint ganache with crunchy cacoa nibs folded through, dipped in 54% dark chocolate.

Solero

Two creamy tropical layers of passion fruit ganache, and a mango passion fruit ganache with a twist of lime. Dipped in a swirl of passion fruit and yuzu chocolate.

Cookie Dough

A decadent cookie layer topped with an even more decadent milk chocolate caramel ganache, dipped in caramelised white chocolate.
