This month's (July) flavour is 

Cashew & Salted Caramel

Combining the savoury, almost acidic nature of cashews, enhancing them with salt and pairing them with Valrhona's Dulcey Caramelised white chocolate, creates something MAGICAL. I've blended roasted cashews with the dulcey chocolate to create what's called a gianduja. This is a nutty filling that has a good level of "bite", which pairs perfectly with a buttery salted caramel.

When you combine these delicious components in a crisp caramelised white chocolate shell, you're left with the perfect mix of sweet, savoury, salty, creamy, and firm.

Due to the nature of these ingredients, this flavour has a particularly long shelf life, meaning you can buy it ahead of time if you want a long term chocolate stash.
