As I look to transform my business into a new physical venture, I am committed to releasing special edition selections along the way. Each selection is helping fund the transformation so all orders help fund the future of Annabel's Patisserie, so I'm extremely grateful for every contribution!

What's included?

Cashew Caramel - A crunchy cashew and caramelised white chocolate base, layered with a smooth cashew paste blended with caramelised white chocolate, topped with a salty caramel. Dipped in caramelised white chocolate and garnished with an AP stamp.

Pecan Snickers - Pecan and vanilla nougat topped with pecan and caramel milk chocolate gianduja, topped with a chewy salted caramel. Dipped in milk chocolate and garnished with an AP stamp.

Peanut Mega Daddy - A crunchy base made up of a dark milk (55% chocolate) filled with crunchy caramelised cocoa husks, demerera sugar, and peanuts. This is layered up with a peanut and caramelised white chocolate gianduja (think: Reese's Pieces), a crispy peanut rice layer and a decadent dark salted caramel. Dipped in 35% milk chocolate filled with chopped roasted peanuts.

Brown Butter Speculoos - A crunchy speculoos biscuit base topped with an Opalys white chocolate ganache with speculoos cinnamon spread, and a brown butter cinnamon caramel. Dipped in salted white chocolate filled with roasted almond nibs and cinnamon. (This is the only bar to contain gluten, please write in the "notes" if you wish to have it swapped out. I will do my best to make the requested swap to a chosen alternative flavour but this may not always be possible).
